Dear Jesus,
I believe You are the Son of God and that You died on the cross for me. I believed you were buried then rose again three days later. I ask you to forgive me of all my sins and come into my heart. I surrender myself to you and invite You to be Lord of my life. You are now my personal Lord and Saviour. Thank you for saving me and writing my name in Your book of life. In Jesus' name amen
